All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order to store items.
We have 3 packages available. Bronze, Silver and Gold. Alterations will be calculated at first fittings where possible.
On average we like to have 3 months before the wedding and/or bridal photo shoots, however we can always expedite. This depends on the dress and the amount of work involved. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.
Wedding gowns are made to be altered and taken apart. However, every gown is different, please call for more detailed information.
No. But we do offer hot and cold beverages.
We have private fitting areas for bridal/bridesmaid appointments.
We try to limit your entourage to three or four guests.
You will be greeted by your bridal consultant and your gown requirements will be discussed. Together with your consultant you will choose gowns to try on.
We have our own private customer car park at the rear of the building.
Appointments are required although we do welcome walk ins if the store is quiet.
We have a booking form and digital booking tool on our website. You can also telephone the store or send us a direct message through social media.
Bridal appointments last for 1.5 hours, maids or accessories appointments last for 1 hour.
Appointments can be cancelled through your confirmation email or by telephoning the store.
Yes it is advisable so we have time to assist you.
It is possible if time allows. We offer a follow up accessories appointment once your gown arrives in store.
All the gowns/dresses shown on our web pages will be available in store or will be arriving to the store.
If you have not had your ‘Say Yes To The Dress’ moment we will offer you a further appointment to view new arrivals.
Just your beautiful self and entourage. Nude underwear helps underneath ivory gowns though.
